The case for "Golden Chargers"

In a recent poll conducted by the newsletter Electric Avenue, 55% of respondents said they were in favor of reservation on public charging station. Yet, we see investors and analysts pricing CPOs at up to a whopping 70 times book value. What does it take for a CPO to make money in the long run?
